OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS:The 2026 Harley-Davidson® Street Glide® Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Woodstock Cycles LLC d/b/a Woodstock Harley-Davidson® (2235 S. Eastwood Drive, Woodstock, IL 60098), Illinois Cycles, LLC d/b/a Illinois Harley-Davidson® (9950 Joliet Rd, Countryside, IL 60525), Chicago Cycles, LLC d/b/a Chicago Harley-Davidson® formerly Wild Fire Harley-Davidson® (120 W. North Avenue, Villa Park, IL 60181), Windy City Cycles, LLC d/b/a Windy City Harley-Davidson® formerly Lakeshore Harley-Davidson® (14000 W Rockland Rd, Green Oaks, IL 60048), and Starved Rock Cycles, LLC d/b/a Starved Rock Harley-Davidson® (750 Centennial Drive, Ottawa, IL 61350), which are commonly owned and collectively referred to as the “Sponsor,” while Harley-Davidson Motor Company is not a sponsor of or affiliated with the Promotion. The Promotion runs from March 20, 2026 through October 10, 2026, concluding at the final Grand Opening event, and is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Hawaii, and where otherwise prohibited by law; employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates or subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible, and the winner must provide proof of insurance prior to taking delivery of the motorcycle. Participants may visit each participating location once per calendar week to receive that location’s weekly keyword, with each valid weekly keyword submission counting as one (1) entry and limited to one entry per person per location per week; keywords may also be distributed at select events as determined by Sponsor; regardless of method of entry, there is a maximum limit of two hundred fifty (250) total keyword entries per person for the entire Promotion period. Grand Opening bonus keywords will be available June 6 at Illinois Harley-Davidson®, July 18 at Starved Rock Harley-Davidson®, August 22 at Windy City Harley-Davidson®, September 12 at Woodstock Harley-Davidson®, and October 10 at Chicago Harley-Davidson®, with each special keyword equal to ten (10) entries and limited to one per person per event; on Grand Opening event dates, keywords will only be available for distribution at the respective Grand Opening location and will not be available at any other participating locations. Sponsor reserves the right to audit entries and disqualify any entrant attempting to gain entries through fraudulent or automated means. Two (2) finalists will be randomly selected at each listed Grand Opening event for a total of ten (10) finalists, and finalists must be physically present when their name is drawn to receive a finalist key or an alternate will be selected; if an entrant’s name is drawn more than once, the subsequent drawing will be void and an alternate selected. On October 10, 2026 at Chicago Harley-Davidson®, all ten finalists will attempt to start the motorcycle using their chosen key, and the finalist whose key starts the motorcycle will be declared the Grand Prize Winner; finalists must be present to participate. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) 2026 Harley-Davidson® Street Glide® motorcycle with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $24,999, and the prize includes the motorcycle only, with the winner solely responsible for all taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, and any additional fees; the winner must complete required documentation or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate, and the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion due to fraud, technical failures, weather, acts of God, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control and is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. All disputes shall be resolved individually without class action and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and the Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois; for a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Woodstock Harley-Davidson®, Attn: 2026 Street Glide Giveaway Winner Request, 2235 S.
